Store jams in a cool, dark place, until opening. Once opened, refrigerate and use within three months.

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped, via Fed-Ex, from Serenbe Foods in Chatt Hills, Georgia. We strive to ship orders within 48-72 hours from receipt of order.

The Serenbe Foods team will ensure your order is handled and packaged with the utmost care.

Applicable Taxes: Please note a 9.25% sales tax will be added for Gerogia delivery addresses.

Delivery Details: We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you redirect and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 Shipping Restrictions: If you would like to ship to an address outside of the continental United States, you may contact our sales team at info@serenbefoods.com for assistance. 

Returns & Exchanges

Our intention is for every package that ships from Serenbe Foods to arrive at its final destination in superb condition. If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please retain the original shipping box and all packing materials and contact us. We will offer a quick solution and provide you with further instructions. We cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened. If you received an incorrect item or incomplete package, we will issue a call tag or furnish you with the shipping label and arrange for pick up of the package.
